    About HAL: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is based in Bangalore, India is one of Asia's largest aerospace companies. Under the management of the Indian Ministry of Defence this state-owned company is mainly involved in aerospace industry, which includes manufacturing and assembling aircraft, navigation and related communication equipment, as well as operating airports. HAL built the first military aircraft in South Asia and is currently involved in the design, fabrication and assembly of aircraft, jet engines, and helicopters, as well as their components and spares.

    Tentative Notification date: September-November

    Selection procedure: Objective Test (Online) + Personal Interview.

    HAL Exam Pattern: The test will be of 2 ½ hours duration and will contain three parts:

    PART -1General Awareness20 Questions
    PART -2English & Reasoning40 Questions
    PART-3Technical(From concerned engineering discipline)100 Questions

    Eligibility Criteria: General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum of 65% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks. And Engineering Graduates in the Aeronautical Branch with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST) would be eligible to apply. Although Age relaxation exists for reserved categories, the maximum age for General Candidates is 28 years.
